Java/J2EE Developer ? Web Apps development ESSENTIAL

Role

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work with new and emerging technologies with real career potential for the right candidate. In this role you will be required to work on large-scale enterprise implementations, leading the development and delivery of products, maintain and update existing functionality.

Essential:

3+ years commercial experience of web app development

Java, J2EE, open source solutions and/or Python.
MySQL, OpenOffice, XML, Eclipse RCP, XPath
Knowledge and experience of Web Services technologies ? Apache Tomcat
Solaris, Linux, and Windows operating systems

Requirements

Ability to deliver high quality code and documentation in a timely manner with little supervision
Demonstrated teamwork and flexibility in previous work assignments
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
Accurately report issues and status to the project management
Excellent communication and documentation skills
