Essential Functions:

? Collaborate with Analysts, Team Leaders, other Software Engineers and Project Managers to ensure that the delivered software meets the business objectives of the project and is developed in accordance to the user or system design specifications;
? Prepare analytical, technical & testing scenario documentation,
? Participate in teleconferences and meetings with clients to discuss functional specifications, identify problems and prepare input for roadmap,
? Work closely with Customer and Comarch Team to maintain services in accordance to Service Level Agreement.
? Participate in teleconferences with clients to analyze and restore the service to proper work within time defined in Service Level Agreement
? Analyze the root cause of incident and prepare Root Cause Analysis document in accordance to Service Level Agreement
? Handling service requests, incidents, enhancements or request for information reported by Customer
? Work closely with Comarch Delivery Team to develop effective CLM strategies for new and existing products
? Advise customers about maintenance and CLM performance,
? Provide product feedback and help to drive product improvements by working closely with Product Management and Engineering
? Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system,

Non-essential Functions:

? Identify and document all customer issues, feedback and enhancements requests
? Contribute to Knowledge Base by documenting frequently asked questions, solutions and techniques
? Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance,
? Take ownership of resolving impediments when they are beyond the control of the support team
? Participate in all release management activities for client change requests and service packs including interacting with other departments such as Customer Support, Product Strategy, to resolve daily operational issues as part of releasing and deploying our product.
? Other duties as assigned by the supervisor


? Strong spoken and written English skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way
? Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
? Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task and methodically track all customer interactions
? Working knowledge of IT services and applications including: Java programming (based), SQL and PL/SQL programming, Linux/UNIX administration, Oracle database administration, Tomcat administration, Apache administration, WebLogic administration
? Work requires a high level of proficiency in the theoretical and practical application of computer system analysis, programming, and software engineering
