Arquiteto de Sistemas

•Collaborate with LGE corporate representatives to gather and prioritize requirements for the LG.com Front End (Display) area.
•Analyze requirements and create task directives (BRM) based on communication and understanding of corporate representatives' needs.
•Monitor the progress of CSR (JIRA tickets) and provide solutions in collaboration with stakeholders when issues arise.
•Work closely with the development team to plan sprints and testing schedules.
Qualifications



•Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, business administration, or a related field
•3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role
•Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking, analytical documentation writing skills
Preferred Qualifications



•Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS
•Experience with project management of commerce platforms, B2C, B2B platforms
•English communication skills
