* Apply and enhance methodologies and evangelize effective testing standards
* Conduct hands-on test planning, test development, testing and submitting defects
* Identify end-to-end scenarios that exercise customer and partner workflows, with a focus on developing scenarios that can be automated
* Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to develop and execute acceptance tests and test plans
* Analyze test results to ensure that the product functions per requirements
* Generate efficient and effective reports for results, status, and metrics
* Communicate results and issues clearly across relevant teams and contributors
* Setup, configure, and maintain software test environments
* Work closely with the Quality Engineering team and provide technical guidance to peer QE members as needed
* Stand in for QE managers to ensure testing and reporting stays on track as needed
Requisitos
* Full English proficiency
* 4+ years of experience in Software QA
* Strong analytical and exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and identify the root cause of test failures
* Experience in performance testing and in-depth analysis of a system
* Passion for testing and quality assurance, with the end goal of delivering the best user experience
* Proficiency in software development life cycles, including waterfall and agile methodologies
* Strong test case development experience
* Proficiency in test tools like Jira or equivalent
* Understanding of wireless network topologies and protocols
